Now that the weather is getting cooler, I am more excited than ever to go outside for walks - not just because I enjoy being outside, but because walking for weight loss is so easy that everyone can and should do it! In todays video, I share what I experienced after doing 1 month of walking daily and how you can lose weight if you walk daily. Walking everyday for weight loss is so easy that weight loss comes naturally if you're eating right.
