Cheesy Meaty - Spaghetti Pie

BEEF MARINATE
1 ¼ lbs ground beef
1 small onion
4 green onions
1 small red pepper
1 small yellow pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 table spoon of Kaymak (or Sour cream)

PIE INGREDIENTS
¼ pack of spaghetti
A pinch of salt
1 small red pepper
1 small yellow pepper
½ of s small onion
1 table spoon Dijon mustard
2 table spoon Kaymak (Sour cream)
1 egg
¼ cup of water
250 grams of Swiss Gruyère
150 grams Swiss Emmental
150 grams New Zealand Grass Fed Cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate the beef overnight if possible. Or marinate and leave in the refrigerator for an hour before cooking.
Cook the ground beef on high heat on the stove top. Do not over cook the ground beef.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with salt.
