Frankincense, Idaho Grand Fir, Helichrysum, Copaiba / in a tincture preferably

Detox baths
Epsom salts around 1-2 cups
Baking soda 1-2 cups
3 drops of Rosemary
3 drops of Digize
3 drops of Melrose
