Used Bike inherited problems. Replacing fender eliminator kit on 2020 Honda Grom. Kemimoto kit.

I install a Kemimoto fender eliminator kit on my 2020 Honda Grom to replace the broken and bent one that came on it, and I find a mess, not horrible, but the previous owner took some shortcuts rather than doing the job properly. So, I took some time this afternoon and swapped the kits, and took the time to install my Vololight on the Grom. The plate light wasn't illuminating the plate, and the left turn signal was unreliable due to the way it was wired.
