For constitutional scholars -- for anyone living in the US, even those of us who understand that the US Constitution is foist on us and is not a legitimate "contract" (such illegitimacy is the case for all forms of the polis) -- this case stands as an excellent example of how many so-called "free speech and religious liberty purists" don't understand the wording of, and original intent for, the First Amendment. We who are voluntaryists don't have to be considered "agreeing parties" to the government to see that the "conservatives" were wrong in their own way in this case, even though the leftists were incorrect, as well! Check it out, and see what the First Amendment really means. And please remember that the Constitution is not a legitimate agreement -- no political entity is valid as an "agreed to" "contractual" entity. They all are imposed on people.
