High protein blueberry chia pudding 🫐💜 perfect on its own as a snack or add to your oatmeal and yogurt bowls as a topping!

You’ll need:
6 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk (I used skim milk)
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup frozen blueberries

add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours. enjoy!!
