The keto turkey recipe uses a butter paste and is wrapped in bacon to help maintain moisture and provide flavor. I show you how I go about preparing my turkey and how to roast a turkey in the oven.

The sage added to the keto stuffing gives this recipe for keto stuffing Thanksgiving vibes. This keto stuffing with sausage recipe is a favorite of ours. KETO TURKEY RECIPE

A turkey, duh
½ stick of butter
6 cloves garlic
6 anchovies
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt per pound of turkey

Blend all ingredients in a food processor to make a paste.
Rub the butter paste under the turkey skin and all over turkey (even inside cavity). Refrigerate for 1 - 2 days to let flavors incorporate into the meat.
Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before roasting. Drap 3-5 slices of turkey over the breasts.
Add onion, garlic, Rose and turkey stock to the paste of the roasting pan.
Roast in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes or until the legs start to brown. Cover with foil, reduce temp to 350 and cook until the thickest part of the thigh reads 165.

KETO STUFFING RECIPE

2 packages of Miracle Noodle Rice
4 tablespoons butter, equally divided
Giblets
1 pound of ground sausage
1 onion, diced
1 leek, halved and sliced
2 celery, sliced
1 package of mushrooms
3 sage leaves fresh sage
½ cup turkey stock or chicken broth

Prepare Miracle Noodle Rice according to package directions.
Brown the butter, sausage and giblets over medium high heat. Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter, vegetables, mushrooms and sage. Sprinkle salt on the mushrooms to encourage them to release fluids. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Add in rice and sausage mixture. Stir until combined.
Either stuff inside the bird to cook or cook in a square baking dish at 425 for 20 minutes.
