Instapot Chicken and Rice

a recipie I found, and mostly stuck to, thought I would try it. tasted really good!

2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium white onion
2 large carrots
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 qt low salt chicken broth
2 cups jasmine rice
1 bulb garlic
1/3 cup parsley
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Sautee vegetables in olive oil, butter, and salt
add chicken, cook for abt 5mn. add broth, rice and place garlic half bulbs cut side down into pot. cook on manual, high, for 10mn. turn pot off, release pressure, and add parsley and cheese. ready to serve, garnish if you like.
