Rich Penkoski Testifies Against Facebook for Censorship in TN House

On March 10, 2020 Rich Penkoski from Warriors for Christ testified before the civil justice house subcommittee in Nashville TN on the stop social media censorship act.

The bill would make it illegal for big tech or social media companies to censor people based on religious or political speech

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 3; Title 4; Title 8, Chapter 6 and Title 29, relative to social media websites.
Remedies and Special Proceedings - As introduced, enacts the "Stop Social Media Censorship Act." - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 8, Chapter 6 and Title 29.
