Alex Kendrick is joining us. And we're going to talk about Lifemark. The new film that comes out next friday. So everybody put on your calendars September 9, Friday, September 9, I know where I'm going to be next Friday, September 9, I'm gonna be in the theaters watching for the first night. Alex, thank you for joining us so much. We're so excited just to share about this new film. You are the creator of War Room and overcomer and Fireproof and Facing the Giants.

So, like this legendary Christian filmmaker plus so many other things. I mean, you've done so much more than that. The Love Dare book. I love that book. So thank you for joining us. I have such a personal heart for this film, and I'll tell you more about that later. I'm just thankful you have joined us. Tell all of our friends here just what the film is about. Well, thanks Alita. So we're excited about life mark.

This is our first movie based on an actual true story. In 2019, we were finishing the film overcomer it was coming out in theaters and Kirk Cameron gave me a call. We've been friends since we worked on fireproof together. Kirk says Alex, I have just seen this powerful short documentary that grabbed my my heart has me in tears is as I'm sitting here bawling my eyes out. You've got to watch this thing. I said what is it? He said it's called, I lived on Parker Avenue. So I pulled up "I lived on Parker Avenue" off of YouTube and watched it my brother Steven and I, and we found ourselves in the same condition. It's so moved us a true story about an 18 year old girl who rolls off the abortion table at the last second as the doctor was starting the procedure. She says that she heard a voice saying "get up there is still time."
