Fruit Ketchup (tastes like BBQ sauce) + Major Mistake

Fruit ketchup to me is more of a BBQ tasting sauce. I am including the recipe below, because I made a rather large mistake when filming this, and I want to make sure that all of you have the correct ingredients. Mistakes do happen, and I wanted to show you that it can be corrected. You may end up with a lot more than you anticipated, but it is still going to be delicious!!

4 cups of tomatoes - chopped, cored, and peeled
4 cups of peaches - chopped, pitted, and peeled
2 cups of apples - chopped, cored, and peeled
1 cup onion - finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
1 cup of liquid honey
1/2 cup of white vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
