Upper Rapidan River Smallmouth Fishing

Welcome to another episode of Creek Hunter!

Today's adventure was in early Aug of 2022.
This time we are wade fishing for Smallmouth on the upper Rapidan River in Virginia, a small, very hard to access river. (There is almost no public access on this entire River)
The air temp was 90+, hot and sunny!
The water was also warm.

I fished here once briefly in 2021, and had a much better catch rate.
This year almost all the small rivers near me (within 2 hours) had significant flooding several times in spring so the fishing has been very bad overall.
I hope you all enjoy this adventure, please let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Thanks for watching and please subscribe and thumbs up if you enjoyed the video!
