If you are in affiliation with someone or group of someone’s because of a predefined grouping, especially a grouping or division crafted by society, you are at risk of failure and exposed to potential abuse or even harm. A leader must select their inner circle by commonality in their core values. Principle driven relationships have higher demands as well as expectations however they also produce stronger bonds. If you want affiliations which will serve you as you serve them in loyalty and integrity, choose based on core values NOT social labels.” J Loren Norris
