I designed this series for the yogi who may not LOVE to work those legs, but still desires to have strong, toned, and flexible legs! Over the next few days, we will be spending less than 10 minutes a day working on strengthening and toning the muscles in our legs with a couple days designated strictly for stretching those muscles back out!
