Anarhichas catfish

Reaches a length of 110-240 cm and a weight of 20-32 kg. They live at depths of up to 300-1700 m.

They have powerful broad jaws which allow them to crush thick shell walls. Their teeth change every year. They eat mollusks, echinoderms, crustaceans, jellyfish and fish.
