In this NCA live video, we discuss the issues surrounding climate manipulation. Stephen Legge is from the northern frontier, the Northwest Territories. He has been documenting an increase in the atmosphere heavy metal spraying and an increase in radiation of the upper atmosphere via HAARP. He is concerned that the heavy metal spraying and radiated ionosphere may be connected to an increase in forest fires and floods, and the warming temperatures.

It is important that people understand geoengineering is all too real (despite the state secrecy surrounding this activity). In 1975 the US and CDN governments signed a treaty on weather manipulation. The UN has endorsed geoengineering as means to reduce the Earth's temperature by shielding using heavy metals the Sun's rays....

What are the impacts of these heavy metals?

To what degree is weather and climate being manipulated?
Are droughts, floods, fires, hurricanes being artificially created to serve various agendas?

In Australia, there is mounting evidence of mass indiscriminate vax spraying without the consent of the people.
