In the third part of a talk with economist and Professor Richard Wolff, he talks about what actually happened when President Franklin Roosevelt and Congress passed legislation historically called The New Deal that created Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, public work programs that put millions of people back to work in the 1930's, etc. during the Great Depression.
The talk is called 'Economic Crisis and System Decline and What We Can Do.'

It was recorded January 19th, 2014 at the Musician's Union 47 in Hollywood, California to a full house.
Introduced by host and producer Dan 'Nowman' Niswander.

This edit of Part 3 concludes with a 2022 update at the end that connects historical events with economic inequality including the economic downturn of 2007-8, Occupy Wall Street in 2011, and the economic downturn leading up to and including the pandemic crisis of 2020-21 from the lockdowns due to COVID-19.. Also includes a brief preview of the 4th and final part.
