This is the latest sleep aid video I put together to help people fall asleep easier and to stay asleep at night. It can also be used for just relaxation and meditation.

This is original video content, as I journeyed to Shawnee Mission Park and found a path down to a portion of Mill Creek. Here I found a group of Mallard ducks relaxing in the waters. Unfortunately, before I could set up my camera on them, something spooked them and they all flew downstream. Maybe next time. This scene had a mini waterfall, right before a tree with a rope swing. I believe this very rope swing is the one we used many years ago. Listen for the roar of trains as they pass by on the other side of the creek. You may also hear some occasional pounding, which I believe came from a construction crew in an adjacent neighborhood. More original content to come, so stay tuned and subscribe!

4. Set the "loop" feature to "ON", If your YouTube platform provides it.
5. Dim your devices screen to your liking, for better room darkness.
6. Close your eyes and then slowly take in a deep breath, hold for 10 seconds, then exhale.
7. Repeat step 6 five to ten times.
8. If you have an eye pad, cover your eyes with it.

10. Make sure you set your alarm, because it might be hard for you to wake up in the morning.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy it. I am looking for 10 people to try this out, and get back to me with how it worked for them. And maybe offer up some feedback as well. Have a pleasant evening, and I hope you sleep well!
