California democrats go all in on censorship

When a court finds the bill unconstitutional why don't the people of California then charge Newsom with TREASON for violating his Oath to uphold the constitution with a bill that is repugnant to the constitution?!??
California’s Democratic Governor, Gavin Newsom, has signed into law a social media “transparency” bill that he says protects residents from hate and disinformation posts spread through social media platforms. Social media platforms will now be required to publicly post their policies regarding hate speech, disinformation, harassment and extremism on their platforms and report data on their enforcement of the policies. So is this bill about protecting children from hate and stemming the flow of disinformation, or is it about government exerting control over what members of the public can see and hear in clear violation of the first amendment?

Jimmy and The Dive’s Jackson Hinkle discuss this latest trip down the censorship road from California Democrats.
