During the pre-show, Richard noticed an unnecessary amount of post secondary education or associate & bachelors degrees, attached to various jobs where they shouldn’t be. Is this being done to fill a checkmark on a box or are we putting academics ahead of real skills and qualifications in life?

As a new business owners, Richard and David use experiences from their former days as police officers and tie them into the journey of hiring. As Kevin O'Leary, AKA Mr. Wonderful on Shark Tank says, “education is not a prerequisite for success.” Do you agree? Richard believes so!
