Welcome back yogis! It's #garagecorneryoga !! Lets have some fun flowing and stretching in this full length vinyasa class- appropriate for beginners and intermediate practitioners alike. For my more advanced yogis-- if you feel it's "too easy" I invite you to try moving slower and connect to each muscle working. You'll feel it!! Take breaks when you need to (child's pose is a favorite) and don't forget to breathe fully!
