I inspect pool and spas for any defects, recommend upgrades, and test equipment. Remember, all underground plumbing needs a camera for inspection, a standard home inspection can not examine underground plumbing. Upgrade the inspection to use a sewer cam if the property is over about 20 years old.

I have an infrared camera that I use as I see necessary. I can provide specific thermal inspections alongside a home inspection. High quality moisture detectors can detect water 2 inches inside of a tile wall, IT"S AWESOME! On top of that, I am your HOME INSPECTOR FOR LIFE!
