God holds all the cards in this contest of Good vs. Evil, allowing the enemy to make his moves and countermoves. Those driven by unbridled pride He allows - to be our object lesson while we mature in spiritual advancement. We are His children learning through example under the protection of His loving hand.
Some have discovered God's greater purpose for their lives while others are still holding on to scraps of this material world forgetting history and why God created mankind in the first place. Tonight, we turn back the pages of time - and consider the lessons of greater men imparted on those lesser men of greater privilege. The funny thing is, being crowned doesn't mean what it used to - in fact, quite the opposite.
Hidden genealogies shall reveal God's master plan - and few of us suspected the greater context and lesson now being taught. In a thousand years' time, we shall recall when it was exactly that we realized the immensity and glory of God's marvelous plan!
