Jaguar XK8 4.0L Broken Brake Light Switch Repair

My own XK8 has an issue with the brake light switch which prevents the car coming out of park, the brake lights work intermittently, and the cruise control doesn't work. All symptomatic of a faulty brake light switch. In this video, me, a 17 stone 6ft man in his 60's fixes the problem.
