Hi Amazing Souls!
Let's just be. I love going on a hike in the forest. Finding a beautiful spot perched on top of a boulder. Closing my eyes and grounding myself in the surroundings. Simply listening to nature. No guidance. No voice over. Just intentional focus on the peaceful present moment. A mindful meditation that allows thoughts to come and go like the ocean waves. Accepting then releasing.
