Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup oat flour (you can blend the oats)
1 tsp vanilla
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup plant milk
2 tbsp probiotic coconut yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp hemp hearts
14 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp baking soda
87% dark chocolate chips for topping

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a big bowl combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and stir until combined. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Top with chocolate chips and store in the fridge.
