Enjoyed this so much that I wanted to share it here. Began reviewing an appeal I have made to Associate Justice Gorsuch for a Stay of the taking of my blog, jamesfetzer.org, and of the book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook (2015; 2nd ed., 2016), which appears to me to have been unlawful for reasons I explain. Justice Barrett (for reasons unknown) turned me down but I have the right to appeal to a second justice, as I have done. The second Alex Jones trial for damages has now commenced and he has already been cited for improper conduct. Reiner Fuellmuch lays out the BIG PICTURE of the effort to seize control of Planet Earth, which repays study. The appointment of a Special Master means that the documents taken by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago will be under review until November, which minimizes this specific effort to tarnish Trump prior to the midterms; but no doubt there will be others, which the primary tactic to deny him the right to run again in 2024 turns out to be the proposal for alternative electors, which is being spun as a form of insurrection. This is more than a stretch, but the Democrats are panic-stricken that he is going to clean their clock again, as he did in 2016 and in 2020 (before the numbers were changed). Mike Lindell is only the latest of his supporters to have his cell phone improperly taken, where the politicization of the FBI and of the DOJ has become obvious to even those not actually paying close attention. We are now a banana republic by abandoning the rule of law. Some of the techniques that are being deployed by "woke" legislatures, for example, are appalling, including in IL as of 1 January, 2023, where suspects of 2nd degree murder, kidnapping, and arson (among other offenses) will be released without bail in the expectation they will turn themselves in for trial (and, of course, cease their lives of crime)! And the Babylon Bee can't keep up with reality, where its satires are depicting what's actually going on. DeSantis and Abbott have pulled off a master stroke by sending buses of immigrants to the home of Kamala in D.C. and to Martha's Vineyard in MA. Hilarious and telling!
