Pumpkin soup is prepared very quickly, rich in vitamins and will please with its delicate creamy taste! The recipe is very tasty and will take its rightful place in your menu for a week.

Ingredients:
500 gr pumpkin
potatoes 150 gr
carrots 130 gr
onion 130 gr
salt, pepper spices to taste
cream 20% fat 4 tablespoons

prep time: 35 minutes total

STEPS:
Wash the pumpkin, dry it, cut it in half, then cut into large slices.
Cut off the rough skin and remove the insides with seeds.
Cut the pulp into cubes.
Peel onion, carrot and cut into small pieces.
In a saucepan (or saucepan), heat the vegetable oil, put the onion, lightly salt, pepper and fry over low heat until transparent.

Add cubes of pumpkin, potato and pour in water to cover the surface of vegetables and bring to a boil.
Cook at a low boil for about 20 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
Puree the soup with a blender, add a little broth and cream, mix everything thoroughly and put on a slow fire for another 2-3 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil with your favorite spices.
When serving, garnish the cream soup with pumpkin seeds and fried chicken meat!
