Spiritual Soul Advice, Amish mindset, my journey, Compassion

I am back with My journey and discussing the Amish mindset minus the religion and lack of tech. I also touch again on Compassion which spirit channeled through me doing the Dolores Cannon insights on 3 waves. Sometimes it takes all of us to up lift the collective, and I go into how to do that, especially the people who are in the struggle, and that struggle comes in many modalities and forms. Never take away someones pain by invalidating it with this famous statement, well someone has it worse than you. That doesn't help anyone and that invalidated their feelings. Lets up lift and start by doing little things to lift people up and many of them are free. The only thing you should gain is that warm fuzzy feeling inside that you helped someone and did your best to do it with nothing in return.
We are all individual and what works for one, may not work for you. I give a lot of examples for you to try in your every day life, from the busy parent, to the worker of all hours, to those on the brink. I hope someone resonates, as spirit kept me up to put this out cause many of us need to try something different.
