The Day After 9/11

There is no other date in the history of the American people that is paired with sorrow. In the archives of our memory, we visit that terrifying pause that gripped the nations as we witnessed the world trade center collapse. As the smoke settled on the dawn of a new era, the American people awoke to a new reality. 2,977 people perished on that day.
