I went from skinny fat to athletic in 6 months...

along with the exercises, I did intermittent fasting where all I did was skip breakfast and i ate lunch and dinner...

but I'm not done just yet, this is only the beginning of my endeavor to become the best version of myself...

I will begin to post daily videos of ... exercises and knowledge I've gained through my life experiences in a third-world country...
