Xfinity & Free Remote...

Our TV remote control was broken. I tried the Xfinity chat help and they simply told me to visit the nearly Xfinity (Comcast Store). Luckily, yes, there is on located in Orem, Utah. I walked in the door, showed the nice lady at the front desk my broken remote control, no questions asked, she turned around, grabbed a new one [with free AA batteries included] and I walked out the door after using their clean restroom. Yeah, excellent customer service and... THANK YOU Xfinity!
