Showing the 4 types of pullups I do, 6 days a week. Anywhere from 200 to 600 pullups per day. At 54 (currently) I'm not as young as I used to be, but that doesn't mean I have to throw in the towel and accept my body's break-down. This is a part of my daily routine, along with handcycling, indoor workout via my GameCycle, and a few sets of free-weights to finish the day.
