DC: Rail talks/union president- 'I think it'll ratify'

Dennis Pierce, The President of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, spoke today at a DC press conference regarding a deal for railway workers. Pierce stated, "I think we got everything we could [in the deal]. And I think once our membership understands where we sit and what’s in it, I think it’ll ratify."
