Day 232🥩🏋️🔥 ever since I started with these intense workouts I have been chompin’ about twice the amount of food (roughly 3-4lbs per day), than I was eating previously with no workouts (roughly 1.5-2.5lbs per day).

I am waaaaaay less sore this day after my most recent (2nd) intense workout when compared to the day after my 1st intense workout 5 days ago. This is awesome because for years I’ve suffered from exercise intolerance and I have not been able to work out intensely without feeling sick and fatigued for the 1-4 days after the workout for years.

I really enjoy the challenge of intense workouts. Perhaps I just love that thrill of the fight and to challenge myself to grow personally. All I know is that I am very excited to see what my body is capable of doing now with this newly acquired ability to workout with intensity.

8:00am - 12oz homemade beef bone broth
11:00am - 1.0lb flap meat steak + 2oz kerrygold dubliner cheese
4:30pm - 0.66lb gf beef patties (2) + 2 strips bacon
7:00pm - 0.5lb gf beef patty (1.75) + 1 strip bacon + 1oz kerrygold dubliner cheese + 0.5lb wings + salt

For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
