Is it true multifamily investments are too complicated for a new investor?

Good question.

First, you need to understand that there is a big difference between being a limited partner in someone else’s deal that is an experienced general partner and being the general partner.

If you are just a limited partner then you need very little training to invest in multifamily. The key is finding a good and reliable general partner that will let you invest into their deals.

If you are talking about trying to do your own deals as a new investor you need a lot of training. It absolutely is too complicated for a new investor with no training.

I offer education and training to landlords, engineers, doctors and dentists, and many others that would like to learn how to enjoy the benefits of multifamily as quickly as possible. If that sounds interesting contact my office by going to www.benjaminzmiller.com and fill out the contact form.

I hope that helps and good luck with your investing!
