Russia draws a 'red line' on U.S.-Ukraine weapons

Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that if the United States decided to supply Kyiv with longer-range missiles, that Washington would become a direct party to the conflict. Meanwhile, Ukraine's President Zelenskiy says more evidence of "genocide" is emerging in recaptured towns. Matthew Larotonda reports.
