Following her untimely passing, Anne Heche's adult son has asked to take over the late actress' estate. Heche did not leave a will, therefore Homer Laffoon asked to be named administrator of her estate in court documents submitted on Wednesday. In addition, Homer, 20, is asking the court to appoint him Atlas' "guardian ad litem".
