If you are looking for a keto pumpkin recipe to enjoy this Fall, then you came to the right video! These keto pumpkin cookies have chocolate chips in them and are moist, chewy and scrumptious. My keto pumpkin cookies are gluten free, sugar free and they can be made egg free too. I personally like to have a couple of these in the morning with my Keto Pumpkin Spiced Latte.

KETO PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE

1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon allspice
½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), softened
½ cup cream cheese, cold & cut into pieces
½ cup golden monkfruit sweetener (Lakanto brand)
½ cup Swerve or erythritol sweetener
1 egg (optional)
¾ cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips (Lily’s brand)

Preheat oven to 325.
In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients, flours, baking powder & soda, salt, and spices. Whisk until combined. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese, egg (if using), sweeteners together until combined. Stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla until combined. Stir in sugar free chocolate chips.
Scoop into 1 inch ball and place on a parchment lined baking tray about 1-2 inches apart. Press down with fingers. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes until starting to brown.
Let cool on baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
