Sailfish is the fastest fish in the world, reaching speeds of 100 km/h.
The record was set at 109 km/h. The fish got its "ship" name because of its huge dorsal fin that looks like a sail. These fish are generally considered a valuable sport fish.

Occurs in tropical, subtropical and temperate waters of all oceans. Through the Suez Canal it makes its way from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea.
