So what other things are super important that we as business owners have written down or under control in case something happens?

Well, if you're using QuickBooks, it's actually very simple printing out lists because you already have the lists and info from all the people you pay and all the people you buy from. So all you need to do, and that's why when you add a new vendor or a new customer, fill out those profiles with addresses and phone numbers, and emails. It seems tedious at the moment, but a long range, you'll be still proud of yourself because you have all the information
when you need. So you can print out the vendor list, customer list, and employee list, and that takes care of a huge crowd, especially when we're talking about small businesses. The huge crowd by what I mean is, that you can grow at any time and reprint the list. The biggest thing is you have to stay current. Maybe print it out once every six months or quarterly, when you print out your financials. This way, you'll be like, I got to replace my list because I see a few people that aren't on it. So keeping things current is paramount.
