Glass octopus gets its name from its ability to be completely transparent. Its a chromatophores (cells that produce colour for camouflage seen here as yellow dots) can be seen.The only aspects that are not clear are optic nerve, eyeballs, and digestive tract
Its a pelagic octopus, swimming through the ocean far above the sea floor.
