Galatians teaching in Turkey

In this video my friend Matthew and I do a teaching on the book of Galatians on location in Turkey. We were able to travel to Turkey a while ago and we stopped out in the countryside north of the capital city of Ankara to make this video. This book of the bible is one of Paul's letters that was written to a group of Celtic people who he had previously converted to Christianity. These Celtic people who lived in Asia Minor in the first century AD were also called Gauls which is where this region of Asia Minor which is modern day Turkey got the name Galatia. So these Gauls who were once trusting in Christ for their salvation were deceived into believing in a false legalistic gospel by Judaizers who were teaching them that they had to keep the law of Moses in order to be saved. This is why Paul wrote this letter and sent it to the Galatian believers because they were in danger of losing their salvation because they had been deceived into believing in a false gospel.
