Why a Mosin Bolt may be hard to close (not chamber or extractor related)

In this video I show that an improper relationship between receiver and magazine box/trigger guard may lead to the bold having contact with the magazine box. Solution would involve shimming the trigger guard or pillar bedding the stock.
