Getting in shape is not easy

Even though we know we should focus on our health life gets in the way and makes it very difficult.

It’s really easy to talk yourself out of it when you have 1 million things going on.

We all have excuses,

What’s important is getting it done anyway.

1). “I don’t have time”

The fact of the matter is you have more time on your hands than you give yourself credit for

Meaning if you just sacrificed three hours less of Netflix weekly.
