Use any basic red sauce. More if a method then actually recipes.

Unstuffed peppers
1 lb burger
3 bell peppers
1 onion
Garlic
24oz tomato
Season to taste or use jar pasta sauce
Salt, pepper
1 c long white rice
1 c water
Cook 29 min
Top with mashed potatoes
2 c cheese of choice
Bake until brown and yummy
