Gorgeous tomato yeast dough for pizza! 🍅
Hello friends!
I welcome you to my channel and I want to introduce you to my four-legged assistants - Bella and Punya)
Airy, soft, tender and very tasty dough with tomato juice is obtained.
Great for pizza or other baked goods.

Ingredients:
tomato juice 300 ml
salt 1 teaspoon (if tomato juice with salt, then you do not need to add)
sugar 1 tablespoon
vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
yeast 7 gr
flour 500 gr
cooking time: 15 minutes (without proofing)
STEPS:
In one bowl, mix tomato juice, sugar, vegetable oil, flour.
Mix everything thoroughly until you get an elastic, soft dough.
Leave to proof for 40 minutes in a warm place.
From these ingredients, 880 g of ready-made dough is obtained, from which 3 pizzas with a diameter of 26 cm.
