The Black LIves Matter organization is destructive. Caused a large number of riots in conjunction with ANTIFA that got about 2 dozen people killed, most of whom were black. Caused $2 billion in property damage, much of which was in black neighborhoods.
What BLM advocates for in "disrupting" the nuclear family structure is a direction that the black community has already gone down. Already not working well as children for fatherless homes have on average worse outcomes.

2. The grievance Black Lives Matter claims to be upset about: that police of homocidal racial bias against black people is not supported by the facts. When you consider black people have much higher violent crime rate, deadly force against cops rate and resisting arrest rates, ones might expect black people to be killed even more than they are being killed.

3. Black Lives Matter is already certainly a charity fraud.
