Dave Jeppeson, Director of Health and Welfare, Neighborhood Protest March 18th

Next door neighbors kids felt safe to play near us. We were not intimidating or bothering children. Neighbors heard the story of Cyrus and were interested. Dave Jeppeson should do all he can to get Cyrus back to his parents and make sure this never happens again.
