Alex Jones "Failing" to Cooperate

A short clip typifying the sort of harassment attorneys for plaintiffs employed, and later used as justification for a biased court to render a Default Judgement against Jones. Off camera we can hear Jones' (then) attorney Robert Barnes excoriate plaintiff's counsel for the ludicrous angle of attack being used in the deposition.

Despite the fact the nobody, including Jones himself defends his speech, and despite broad agreement that to see justice served, Jones should be made to pay for the harm he's caused, it is the MEANS employed here that should give us all pause, not the ENDS. Jones was flatly denied access to the legal instruments we're all afforded through the US Constitution, and this poses a grave threat to our rule of law. We can agree he's guilty while rejecting that means by which that decision was wrought.
